Policy for the management of confidential reports – Whistleblowing Policy

Infrastrutture for the implementation of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, established, also in the interest of its controlled companies Enersol and Enersol Energy, a reporting channel (the “Whistleblowing Portal”).

The Whistleblowing Portal is the tool through which it is possible to report a suspected illegal conduct relevant to the purposes of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 for the company, while maintaining the confidentiality of the identity of the person reporting, the person involved and the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation.
