04/10/2017 Infrastrutture S.p.A. completes innovative solar photovoltaic plant in Japan

Hergo Japan G.K., a subsidiary of Infrastrutture Group, selected by Mega Solar Power Committee of Kumagaya Municipality, Saitama Prefecture, completes solar photovoltaic plant of 3,5 MW in Japan.
After the great earthquake and with the launch of the Renewable policies of the Japanese government in the last few years Infrastrutture S.p.A. and its subsidiary Hergo Japan G.K. have worked hard to develop clean energy plants, in several prefectures like Saitama, Chiba, Fukushima, and particularly in wind and photovoltaic sector. Japan is the “land of the rising sun” and the close link to the sun is also represented in the Japanese flag called Hinomaru (sun disk), white with a red disc in the center.
"The Kumagaya plant is an example of excellence and innovation in energy production in which we addressed important technical challenges that have met with the approval of local authorities. We are very pleased that after winning a public tender in 2013, our investment is now in operation.
We are also proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the major Japanese players in the renewable industry. " - commented Pier Francesco Rimbotti - CEO of Infrastrutture S.p.A.
The ceremony was attended by many personalities including Mr. Shimano Masashi, Deputy Mayor of the city of Kumagaya, Mr. Giorgio Starace, Ambassador of Italy in Japan, representatives of Saitama Prefecture, the Institute of Foreign Trade (ICE) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).

08/02/2016 Infrastrutture S.p.A. begins construction of innovative solar photovoltaic plant in Japan

Hergo Japan G.K., a subsidiary of Infrastrutture Group, selected by Mega Solar Power Committee of Kumagaya Municipality, Saitama Prefecture, begins the construction of 3,5 MW solar photovoltaic plant in Japan. "We are very pleased to have begun work our second highly innovative project in Japan. Our continuous innovation in renewable energy technology will provide another example of excellence in clean energy generation, underscoring how sustainability and innovation must go hand in hand. As the site is part of a complex flood control system that could be filled with rain water in case of exceptional weather conditions, the innovative PV panel mounting structures – as well as all electrical components - are elevated above the ground by 2-3 meters depending on the area. The plant will enter in to operation in March 2017." – commented Pier Francesco Rimbotti - CEO of Infrastrutture S.p.A.

03/09/2016 Hergo Sun Japan KK completes first mega-solar power plant in Japan
Chichibu, Saitama, March 9th, 2016

Hergo Sun Japan KK, has completed and connected to the grid the first photovoltaic plant, located in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. The solar plant is owned by Hergo Sun Japan KK, a subsidiary of Infrastrutture Group, and will supply electricity to approximately 1.000 families.
"We are delighted to have this investment move to operation stage, and we are pleased to have established a professional partnership with leading Japanese companies. We have now successfully completed the full cycle of development, financing and finally operation in this market. We look forward to expanding further applying our 20-year experience and know-how also to other renewable technologies." - said Pier Francesco Rimbotti - CEO of Infrastrutture S.p.A. "We will continue to reinforce our deployment in the Japanese market while proactively devoting our efforts to prevent global warming through continuously delivering innovative projects."
At the ceremony were present among others the Mayor of the city and representatives of the Chichibu Saitama Prefecture, Italian Trade Commission (ICE) and Italian Embassy in Japan.

15/01/2016 Hergo Sun Japan KK starts the construction of a solar photovoltaic plant in Japan
Tokyo, January 8th, 2016

Hergo Sun Japan KK, a subsidiary of Infrastrutture Group, selected by the Mega Solar Power Committee of Chichibu Municipality, Saitama Prefecture, starts the construction of 1,2 MW solar photovoltaic plant in Japan. "The construction started a few weeks ago, it is the first photovoltaic plant built by an Italian company in Japan. The plant will enter into operation in March 2016 and will supply electricity to approximately 1.000 families. "More important challenges are coming. Our investment portfolio includes several projects in the short term applying different renewable technologies. " Commented Pier Francesco Rimbotti - CEO of Infrastrutture S.p.A.

The renewable industry is an important Player of growth recovery, but needs more ambitious goals, and really had the necessity to have a stable regulatory framework and not being retroactive

07/17/2013 Infrastrutture S.p.A. achieves ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications

"Continuous Quality and Research Improvement, attention to the environment, occupational health and safety". These are the cultural values that permeate the work of Infrastrutture S.p.A., which has chosen on a voluntary basis to implement a Quality Management System and Safety Management which led to the achievement of the certification in accordance respectively with ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.

05/15/2013 Hergo Sun Japan KK won the public tender for the construction and operation of two solar power plants in Japan

Tokyo, May 15, 2013 - Sun Hergo Japan KK, a subsidiary of Infrastrutture SpA has been selected by the Mega Solar Power Committee of the city of Kumagaya, Saitama Prefecture, in Japan, for the construction and operation of two photovoltaic plants for a total capacity of 3.5 MW.
